Charging your MINI couldn’t be easier. At home, you can simply plug it into any power socket with the standard charging cable that comes with your vehicle. While you’re on the road, you can charge your MINI at public loading facilities using the MINI public charging cable. This cable is available as a MINI original accessory. Contact your MINI dealer for further information.

This is the default setting when you switch on your MINI. It determines the most efficient combination of the electric motor and petrol engine, depending on your speed, acceleration and battery status. AUTO eDrive Mode is divided into two phases. If the battery charging status is between 100% and 7%, you can drive at up to 80 km/h – without any local CO2 emissions and without using any fuel. At higher speeds or when conditions so require, the petrol engine comes on automatically. If the battery charge level drops below 7%, you can drive your MINI Cooper S E Countryman ALL4 in purely electric mode with moderate acceleration at up to 20 km/h and with gentle acceleration or a constant speed of 55 km/h.

In MAX eDrive mode, you can treat yourself to purely electric driving at speeds of up to 125 km/h. Free of local CO2 emission and without consuming a single drop of fuel. If you want to go faster or accelerate harder, no problem. You can count on the petrol engine to switch on automatically with a kick-down of the gas pedal to give you the power you need.

Toggle into the Save Battery mode when the battery is running low. In this mode, the petrol engine charges the battery or keeps the charging status at 90%. When you’re driving in Save Battery mode, the petrol engine is doing all the work, so you can switch back to electric driving in urban areas.
